Oh that’s a simple one!!!!! Because this isn’t a job to us. We love what we do!!! Our team of professionls are the guys that drive around with our families pointing out jobs we’ve done. We take pride in our work. 

There’s a few things that go into the process. First you sit with one of our team members and explain your vision. We take that information and communicate with one of the engineering firms we work with. Once they draw it up it comes back to you to approve. We then apply for the permit, where the building department will go over every detaill to make sure we are following strict building rules. Once approved we then bring your vision to life. 

Well that’s a hard question. You see while we can schedule and try and make everything as easy as possible we still have to rely on others. For example the building department may have 1 applicant in front of us they may have 100 we just dont have any control over it. 

Here’s the harsh reality of any construction project. We are excited and want it done now so we can enjoy it. So it feels like its taking forever. You know sitting at the window waiting on that packge from Amazon to show up. The wait sucks!!!! But once it’s done you have sound mind that what we’ve built it built to last.
